        If I could give this place 0 stars I would, the experience that I had at the Amber Spa at 232 Sherman Avenue was a complete disaster. First of all, the staff at the reception desk are so unwelcoming and have no manners. When you ask them for a paper or referral they do not only roll their eyes but even make you faces! And several times I have asked for a referral and they have given me random papers. I don't know if Dr. Patria Gonzalez has been checking her staff but she definitely should. When you call to make an appointment they leave you on hold for min of 30 mins since they have no idea what they are doing. On top of that, when I went in person, they had the audacity of denying me the service and treating me disrespectfully. It's a complete circus. I had 13 years as a patient at this office and I am officially leaving; Patria has lost 2 clients, as there are better quality doctors that offer a better service.
