I got a great deal off of Groupon and decided to visit this place. I had a very good massage a9/10 and I can tell these women actually went to school for this vs those other allocations around the city that just hire someone off the street. They treated us like royalty. The reason why I'm. It giving it 5 stars is because they didn't have much of a drink option even though the package said they do. The receptionist was nice but he said they will no longer be on Groupon which sucks . I would have like to see other options but they were out of pamphlets . If the price is right I would go. Back

This place is by far the worst hair experience i've had. First of all, I've got a Groupon partial highlights thing and I came to find out that partial for them meant 6 to 8 highlights. Also, they insist u get other services, like $80 roots and $50 blow dry. U walk out with a total over $200. But the price is not even the issue, I'm happy to pay if the service is done properly. That wasn't the case. I walked out with ORANGE hair. I've asked the highlights to be done a certain way, instead Leo decided that he likes best if they are done from the roots. So I got about 3 strands on each side, orange strands. Horrible. On top of that he didn't even bother to ask how I like him to blow dry my hair. He just did it the way he wanted AGAIN. And yeh, he burned my scalp in the process. So, MR Leo, if u only want to do everything your way, maybe you should also offer to pay for the service, since u don't even care what your customer wants. Anyway, the result: it will cost me double to undo all the damage done by this. I never ever wrote a review before, but PLEASE AVOID this place. Even doing your hair at home will give u greater results.
