This doctor can work miracles and REALLY heal you. He healed me. I went to him for the first time about 10 years ago. I was a mess. I had all kinds of digestive issues, leading to inflammation/food allergies/hypertension and just a general feeling of being sick. He cleared it all up, WITHOUT drugs. In just a few days I felt better. Within 2 weeks I felt 80% better. And few months later I was 99% better, followed by 100%. To this day I still avoid all corn and most chicken, but other than that I'm able to eat most things, I even had a long time allergy to cats clear up, and I feel tremendously healthier. If I had gone to a regular doctor, they would have put me on Nexium and now 10 years later I would likely be suffering from long term malnutrition issues, as well as a wide range of other issues. And hilariously, I would have spent a ton more over the last 10 years on doctors, tests, co-pays, and drugs.

Dr. Kokayi is incredibly talented and I can appreciate his process and care but the lack of consideration, respect, and organization shown by his office (led by their main administrator Felicia) and Dr. Kokayi is completely unprofessional. Let me detail the several occurrences I've witnessed over the last few months as Dr. Kokayi cared for my fiance: 1.) First Occurrence of Lack of Professionalism - we enter his office for the first time for an appointment that he's late by at least 45 minutes. There's no consideration or acknowledgement for our time while waiting with no notification given as to how soon we can see him. As this is a business day during business hours it's as if we all have time to just sit... 2.) While in his office, after waiting, Dr. Kokayi interrupts our visit so that he can listen to his radio show/station/you name it but it had no relevance to our visit whatsoever. For him to stop everything to listen to his radio segment or perhaps it was an interview (I don't know or care) during our expensive, paid visit was incredibly rude and was uncalled for. 3.) Lastly and most recently, Felicia screws us up yet again by mailing my fiance's package to the wrong address but this time (this time) she mails it to another person's address and asks for us to go pick up the medicine. For Felicia's mistake, why should we go pick up a package completely out of our way? We work incredibly long days, and the more professional suggestion should have been not to offer a nominal $20.00 discount on the medicine but RATHER to pay for a messenger service to pick up the package that Felicia erroneously mailed to the wrong address and arrange for it to be dropped off at our proper home address. That's what proper customer service is. Why it's absent at this office is beyond me!
