This place is clean and doctors and assistants professional, this is the only place in Washington Heights that does not feel like a clinic.I highly recommend this place. I have been a patient for 6 years.  They even have a woman gynecologist.  They do EKG as well as blood work.

In a word, terrible.2+ hours wait with an appointment. I did not see the doctor I booked. The doctor I did see was awful. He didn't listen to me about my symptoms and recommended needless treatments/tests. I did not feel he was competent to continue treatment so I walked out. I would not recommend this provider.

So I've been here a couple of times and it's very small but it's nice looking. The Doctors are great people and if you go at the right time you will be seen quickly. I would recommend going at a convenient time when there's practically no one there especially toddlers. I love that you can just show up without an appointment and be seen within minutes but it's always nice to have an appointment, of course after you fill out the paperwork(make sure have your Social remembered). Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend to anyone. Only bugaboo is that I had to get my ear's flushed but they didn't have the tool so I had to go to their other office. Make sure you get their before your appointment time because it's on a first come first serve basis even though you have an appointment.
