        I took out a paid business listing. The graphics never rendered properly. For 2 1/2 months I tried to contact Patch through Support and have had no response. I cannot even cancel because Patch Billing is MIA. The UI and Customer Service is simply not available.

        I wish the reporters researched the facts before putting it out there for all to read. Example: they reported the first heavy rain storm that came from the west was Elsa. It was not. Elsa's storm first arrived early Friday morning in Ocean and Monmouth counties.
