I love ordering from Heritage Foods, I have had several great experiences ordering my thanksgiving food from this group. I have found everyone I have interacted with is knowledgable and helpful. Recently, Santiago helped me with a mix up with my delivery date. If he didn't catch that I was ordering for Thanksgiving, my food would have arrive frozen the day before Thanksgiving. Thankful for Santiago!

I repeatedly order from Heritage Meats, with undeniable success. The quality of the product is exceptional, as is the customer service. During the pandemic, the postal service messed up delivery, delaying it by several days. Immeidately, when Heritage saw it was not being delivered in time, they proactively contacted me, alerted me and refunded the order. Which was great service. But, really, its all about the quality of their product, which is superb.

The only place I buy meat from. I've had beef, pork, goat and lamb...I know it's going to be good but no matter what it's always more delicious than I imagine. Great quality and I love buying gift certificates for friends too so they can try it out.
