        They left me the box broken and they do not want to come and pick it soon. Samsung do not want to give me money back until they receive the product and it is understandable.I spoke with manager Chris and Rick from XPO but they do not do anything regarding this matter. PLEASE CHECK THE BOX IS OK AND DO NOT TAKE IT IF IS DAMAGE BECAUSE XPO DO NOT RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.

        My delivery had a huge hole ripped in the side of the packaging, and the item was scratched. The delivery person acted like this was totally normal and the item wasn't damaged at all despite the scratch. He also wasn't wearing a mask in the height of the Covid outbreak in NYC, which at this point is just dangerous and irresponsible. Do not use this shady service unless you want to risk getting sick and a damaged delivery!!
