My words cannot express the gratitude and appreciation to Mr. James VanHorn. For a year, I went through over 10 -13 companies from banks to hard money lenders to finish my investment project. I met James through and mutual friend who urgent me to call him for 3 months. I final gave in last month and 30 days later I am closing on my refinance. I already referred James to friends and family who also started working with him before I my businesswas completedwith him. This shows the level of trust and confidence I have with him. His knowledge and honesty makes the process from beginning to end smooth. He is truly a blessing and I will definitely continue to work and refer him to others. Thanks a Million James keep up the good work.

I couldn't be happier with how I was treated and worked with James of the BSI Reality Capital, LLC. he was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with me, through out the entire purchase if my property. I wish I could find some criticism to help him better hisself in his career, but I honestly can't think of anything that he could have done differently or better for me. I had some difficult moments in buying . That I'm not sure any other person would have had the patience to deal with me on these issues and walk me through them as methodical and calm as he did. I weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but James was VERY informative and you could tell right off the back that he knew his career and had our best interests in mind. I was very confident using him and have already recommended him to several of my family and friends and will continue to do so. I don't think BSI Realty Capital, LLC could have a better realtor out there representing them. James thank you very much and I really appreciate you for helping me make the impossible, possible.

I have engaged in quite a few real estate purchases and refinances over the years, but would have to say my dealings with James has been the best experience of them all. My situation was very complex, in dealing with the separation of commercial real estate assets between my ex-spouse. However, James was the most attentive, knowledgable, and responsive of any broker I've dealt with (even during a pandemic), and managed to find us more than one deal with favorable terms. In short, he cares, knows what the heck he's doing, is quick, relentless, and his assistance was invaluable!
