I was here last night for a UCB show “It’s a long story” really great venue, interesting folding style theater chairs. The MC I really didn’t care for but all the other comedians were great. I’ve been to all the UCB theaters, still miss Chelsea and East Village. This place is better than Hell’s Kitchen. And if you ever go out to LA I would recommend Franklin over Sunset. Anyway all UCB’s are good I have seen many many great comedians over the decades there

Really cool space! Bathrooms were clean, and seats were comfortable, but the bar only sells beer and wine
