I didn't end up using their service for my fumigation because timing didn't work out, but they offered to review my quote from the other company to make sure it's fair, which I thought was very stand-up and made me trust them more to look out for their customers. I appreciated that kindness.

Great communication with a friendly staff. They sent exactly what I needed to do and we're not judgmental and were very much on the ball. They came in, worked very quickly, and then before I knew it everything was back and well cleaned and folded. They were even able to take care of some bulky things for me like books and pictures. Affordable and friendly, and an amazing time saver.

I can't express enough how helpful these guys have been. Bed bugs are a nightmare, and they work with so much sensitivity, care, and efficiency. Everyone I've talked to has been so patient in answering questions and so quick and eager to help. Shout to to Chris, Silvio, and everyone at BBLNYC.

This is an amazing company that deals with a tenacious pest.  I was referred to them in August 2018 when my then roommate's living area was found to have bed bugs.  Chris went above and beyond to help me during a stressful time.  The staff that did the pick-up and delivery were very professional and kind, especially when they had to schlep stuff up to the 3rd floor walk-up apartment.Recently bed bugs were found in my bedroom. I'm not exactly sure how I got them but I definitely want to get rid of them, sooner rather than later. While my landlord has been less than helpful about this situation, once again, Chris & Bed Bug Laundry NYC have been exceptionally responsive and kind.  I'm on tomorrow's schedule for a pick-up.  I know that my clothing, some of which is brand new, will be in good hands with this company and they'll deliver them to me on-time and they'll be in good shape.Superior customer service and fair pricing. Kindness & Patience when your stress level is at an all-time high. Bed bugs are banished.  Don't delay calling them if you need them. Bed Bug Laundry NYC is a blessing to NYC residents dealing with these pests.

I called for a pickup and they were here within 2 hours. Super friendly, easy to work with and gave me some peace of mind during a very trying time. Costs are a bit pricey but worth it.
