I went for an evaluation on January 27, the attention was very good among the optometrists, assistants and the lady who helps with the financing (except one who is not Latina and who does not have much tact or kindness in treating a patient)... motivated to have the surgery and in fact I had scheduled an appointment... but a few days later I was just reviewing the comments here on Google and I began to doubt whether I would really have the expected results... additionally I read the contract that they give and that one has You have to have a signed document where you accept that they are telling you the possible complications after surgery, one of which is losing your vision or having blurred or double vision, so in my perception with that contract they are not guaranteeing that you will be fine. ... I decided not to have the surgery and continue wearing glasses ... I called and asked for someone who spoke Spanish and the person who answered me pedantically told me "here we all speak Spanish" I asked his name and although he hesitated to say it, he replied that His name is Terry (I think that's how you spell it, at least that's how I understood him) I told him I was calling to cancel my appointment for February 9, 2024 and the only thing he said was "ok" with this coldness in customer service I confirmed that he really didn't care. You don't matter as a patient but as a means from which to get $5500... now I understand why there are people who say they call for their follow-up appointments and that they don't take good care of them... or they don't give them appointments...
