I tried posting my review on their website like their email has asked me to after I made a purchase but because it was negative, I guess they didn't want it posted. So I'll post it here instead:Bought a ring and it was very cheap looking in person. Within 2 days, one of the small stones came out. They refunded me but it cost me $10 in shipping ($4.99 each way). Very disappointing. Terrible quality.

Their jewelry is attractive and different but their customer service is nonexistent.  They have a phone number which always goes to voice mail and no one ever calls you back. Returning or exchanging an item is a most frustrating experience. Return shipping papers never come with orders and trying to get them from so called customer non-service is an exercise in futility.

All I can say is I see a LOT of IG ads and these reviews have spoken volumes. There are FAR TOO MANY jewelry brands to work with co's getting these types of reviews.

Satya jewelry in my opinion, is overpriced for what it is. I have a gold necklace which discolors, just like a piece of silver and I have to polish it before I wear it. How long will it be before the gold starts to rub off?

This jewelry is trash. I purchased several pieces .. The designs are understated and simple and thought they would be great to have on retainer for last min gifts. Knowing they were gold vermeil (plated) i didn’t expect much more then cute necklace that would have to come off for swimming, showering , gym etc. . This is plated jewelry not solid gold. However for $80+ I had a reasonable expectation that the quality would be better then $10 costume jewelry. That was not my experience. I personally took exceptional care of my necklace . Kept it sealed when not using it And was careful to not allow any moisture to touch it. Despite this it faded into an awful dull yellow silver after approx 3 weeks of wear. I reached out to the company and was told that although they used to “redip” their jewelry they no longer offer that. I was also informed that “yeah the quality used to be better a lot of people have been complaining “ For the price point I expected bit better and certainly higher customer service experience. I was also told by the sales associate (won’t say location as I don’t want them to have an issue) that the owner was “not nice and doesn’t listen to us or customers” This could just be a disgruntled sales associate but the product speaks for itself. If this is true.. it’s Surprising and disappointing for a company that brands itself as woke. Wasted close to $300 essentially junk jewelry. I’m glad I wore one myself and dealt with the company before embarrassing myself giving this as a gifts.
