As a young man, I struggled to find the right engagement ring for my girlfriend amid a seemingly inexhaustible array of options across the various stores in the area and closer to home. Thankfully, I was blessed to have met Joe, who felt more like a friendly advisor than a shrewd salesman and gave me a square deal on the ring that came to win my now-fiancée's heart. Joseph and his staff welcomed me when I stopped in to inquire about repairing my diamond engagement ring. The setting had worn away from 20 plus years of wear. Knowing I was not visiting to purchase Joseph, treated me as a lifelong customer. He showed me samples of new prongs, and I was reassured that my ring would be restored. I am so happy with Joseph and his staff at Timeless Diamonds!

We bought my engagement ring from Joe, and very shortly after we got engaged, we started to have all sorts of issues. Not even a week after getting engaged, the diamonds around the band started to fall off. Joe and his team fixed it, but soon other diamonds continued to fall off. This became an ongoing process. Less than a year after the ring was purchased, the actual main diamond fell off! THAT IS RIGHT. THE MAIN DIAMOND JUST FELL OFF!!!! I have not even heard of this happening to anyone else. Luckily, I realized right away and found the stone. We took the ring to a different jeweler who pointed out all sorts of issues with the design, the likely cause of why the center diamond came off. The new jeweler readjusted all the diamonds and made a new head for the main stone. The band was originally from platinum. Now, 3 years after we purchased the ring, the band actually cracked. I cannot warn you enough. Do not shop here! Do not get anything valuable from Joe and his store! The quality is EXTREMELY POOR, and so is their service. Plus your future fiance will be extremely annoyed.

Timeless Diamonds is the absolutely best location for an engagement ring! I worked with Joseph to design the the ring and was blown away at how perfect it is! Joseph is amazing to work with and has incredibly fair pricing. Don't waste you time going to any of the other jewelers on 47th Street, Timeless Diamonds has the best selection at the best prices!

Hands down Mr. Joseph has the best diamonds, settings, and prices.Their level of service, education, and patience is unrivaled. Mr. Joseph and his staff really put themselves in your shoes and help you throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel pressured to increase my budget or feel any discomfort. Mr. Joseph helped me find a brilliant 2 carat round diamond and pavé setting. The ring was custom made and delivered ahead of schedule. I truly and highly recommend that you visit Timeless Diamonds and shop around the diamond district. You'll genuinely find that Mr. Joseph lives up to his tremendous reputation and positive reviews.
