We received a beautiful gold bracelet from someone as a gift for my daughter and when the clasp broke we decided to go there and see if we could pay to have it fixed. We went and they were so friendly and helpful they told me they’d fix it for free. The customer service was so superb that I still ended up walking out purchasing something. Got a really nice pair of earrings for my daughter for a GREAT price. Really sad to see they’ve closed their store, they were one of those quality old school jewelry places that you don’t see in NYC anymore. They’ll be missed.

If I could give this place 500 stars, I would. I found Cliff and Karen through Google and this was without question, the best jewelry experience ever. I wanted to add some pendants to my chain necklace and one of them was a very sentimental, custom pendant. Not only were Karen and Cliff professional and kind, but the whole experience was stress free and the end result was a stunning, stunning custom pendant. As someone who is very particular, I can say that the quality of the work, especially the custom pendant, was beyond anything I could ever imagine. Finally, Karen and Cliff are without question, some of the best people I have ever met- knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and honest. There is no doubt that I will be a customer for life! As a follow-up to my earlier review, I have to say that Jewelry Patch is amazing. I went about 3 months ago for another custom order, this time a bracelet, and to say that this experience was incredible is an understatement. I wanted a custom bracelet and the entire process was not only seamless, but pleasant and the results are beyond incredible. I am an extremely particular customer and when I say that my bracelet was made exactly how I wanted with every nuance and detail that I requested, I mean it. The final product was beyond perfect and coming to Jewelry Patch was the best decision that I made for my jewelry needs. I am definitely a customer for life and Karen and Cliff are truly some of the best people I have ever met. Thank you to you both!

I stopped in The Jewelry Patch to look for an engagement ring for my now Fiancé. While I loved everything they had, I wanted something unique. This was not a problem for The Jewelry Patch as custom jewelry is what they specialize in. After days of planning and working very closely with Cliff and Karen, we were able to design and create a beautiful, custom, ring that was ready in just a few days. Upon first glance at the completed ring, I was taken back by its beauty. The details on the ring are stunning, and the quality is beyond my expectations (pictures posted). Everything about it is perfect and I could not have asked for a better experience. What's unique about The Jewelry Patch is that its family owned and run for over 40 years by the two amazing people that helped me design the ring, Cliff and Karen. They are both very honest and knowledgeable, and helped me tremendously during this stressful time. On-top of their great prices and their beautiful work, they treat you like family and not just a customer. After years of dealing with other jewelers, I have finally found my new go-to jeweler in NYC and plan on retuning in the near future. I came in to get 2 rings resized. Reasonable price and helpful. When I came to pick them up (one of the rings had 7 small diamonds) the prongs on the side were messed up, I'm not sure if they got chipped or accidentally sanded. One of the girls was very nice assured me to was fine and I could bring them back if I wanted. After I left I realize the prong actually scratches your skin when you run your finger over it so I decided to bring it back the next morning. The owners wife really didn't want to fix it, she said the prong was so small and it was inevitable that it happens. but did it anyways. After 2 visits prong was still messed up, so I took it to my regular jeweler that was a little further but worth it. He showed me under a microscope that they actually just put some solder on it and didn't shape it or plate it(solder is more yellow than white gold) and the messed up prong was indeed missing a piece.
