Bait and switch. I ordered a name-plate with diamonds, took a picture of the exact style I wanted ordered, got a price for it. Reiterated several times that I was getting that exact one. Picked it up and didn't catch until I got home that there were no diamonds...rather all diamond cut. I braced myself for the excuses and they came. Each diamond you want is an additional fee etc. Not once was this discussed. I was assured I was getting the exact one I was holding in the store. Prior to going here I went to a different stores, and they were similar in price WITH diamonds, which is why I ended up getting it from them because the pricing was comparable and the ladies were very nice. I'm saddened that they didn't even try and make it right, they just wanted to charge me more. Lesson learned. The image of the Janine nameplate is the sample and the Jessica nameplate is what I got. It's still a very nice necklace, but not what I asked for or thought I was paying for. Very disappointed and sad.
