My wife and I enjoy dealing with them so much we have been a repeat customer on a few different items. Recently bough a set of diamond stud earing's and was easy and came out beautiful. He even helped me sell some old jewelry to help hedge the costs and when my wife dropped and lost one of the backs within the first few weeks they replaced it immediately without question.
