Highly recommend Jangmi to all couples or future husbands. The staff was overly respectful, helpful, and caring throughout our process. We we're first introduced by a family friend and found that compared to any other jeweler on 47th, Jangmi was the right place to go. The staff took the view of a friend rather than a merchant and helped us find the perfect stone as well as meet the timeline we had. The process of finding the perfect ring for your significant other is not a easy task, having experts like Jangmi with their extensive experience and transparency allowed for a thoughtful and smooth process.

I cannot say enough good things about Jangmi. Where do I begin? Mr. and Mrs. Kim are so incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and genuine. Its no wonder theyve been helping people find their dream rings for over 35 years. Mrs. Kim took her time to understand what we were looking for and showed us gorgeous natural and conflict free options within our price range. We did not feel rushed or sold to at all in fact, she made sure we understood how diamonds are categorized and valued, and she also taught us about the settings and which were most secure. Speaking of the settings, her designs are beautiful. We ended up also getting a gorgeous wedding band to stack with my engagement ring. Everything came with GIA certifications and formal appraisals. They even helped us look into insurance options for our purchases. Mr. and Mrs. Kim were able to have our order ready sooner than anticipated and in time for Valentines Day!
