        Ring was made incorrectly... he offered to remake the ring and then raised the price by 100 dollars and tried to lie and tell me it was that price all along

        Alex is a pleasure to work with. My first experience with MK was amazing. I unfortunately damaged a family heirloom ring- resulting in a partially melted and crushed ring. MK was recommended to me and I was told "if anyone could fix it- it would be them."After looking at the ring and some old pictures of the ring before the damage- Alex recommended recreating the ring. He was able to create a rendering of the ring that was spot on and then reproduced my ring to remarkable accuracy.If you ever need a severely damaged ring to be recreated- look no further.
