I placed my order on Dec 7 and it took until 23 Dec for my order (1 ring) to ship. I was starting to get worried when the check of UPS only showed evidence of a shipping label being created but no proof of a shipment being made... It looks like they shipped my order from Turkey and today the ring was delivered by UPS, so it turns out they are not a scam just not the most efficient or customer service oriented store online. But I got the ring I wanted at a good price and that is why they were chosen over other stores. So plan ahead and be patient because they will probably be taking their time in shipping orders?

I have ordered my wedding ring 20 days ago. I have not received it, nor have I gotten any communication as to why there isn't any tracking information, or why it has been passed the 9 processing days. I will never order jewelry from this joke of a jewelry store. I have emailed them and their responses seem to be computer generated. The phone number doesn't even work, neither the one on the website or through Google. Goldia seems to be a scam

This feels like a scam. The A real diamond mom ring finally got delivered today and to my horror the ring is paper thin and missing its diamond, also is questionably 14k white gold. Bag says sample metal ring. What is $140.00 value for this thing. I need a refund and a new gift for my pregnant wife.
