I wanted to buy something special to remind me of my darling grandparents and I bought the most beautiful ring from Benjamin and team from Australia. It was a little nerve wracking buying online when I couldn’t see the ring in person, but I had a viewing by zoom and saw two beautiful rings live. The discussion I had with Benjamin about the rings gave me a lot of confidence in buying from him. Communication was excellent and it was the best service I’ve ever had. Postage was seamless and I now have my beautiful ring, which I would not have been able to source in Australia. Wonderful experience all around! I was interested in seeing a ring from the Estate Diamond Jewelry website in person. Over the phone, Benjamin scheduled a viewing appointment, gave clear answers and payment information, and immediately sent an email confirmation and deposit receipt. The showroom appointment went just as smoothly. Benjamin had the ring ready for my boyfriend and I to see along with paperwork describing its specifications. He told us a little more about the history of the stones, the process of putting the ring together, and the option of complimentary resizing, which I needed. We purchased the ring and Benjamin prepared it to be sent for free resizing. The ring arrived via FedEx the next day, in beautifully and carefully done packaging (ring box included!). We are very happy with our experience and purchase, and look forward to working with Benjamin again to pick out wedding bands!

I've purchased two rings from Estate Diamond Jewelry over the past couple of years including an engagement ring upgrade this year. Benjamin is service oriented and very knowledgeable. The ring arrived exactly as described and expected. I highly recommend them, particularly for antique jewelry. I absolutely love my Old European Cut diamond!
