Because the ending is so much more exciting I will start there. I am absolutely thrilled with the stunning diamond and ring my husband purchased from DR for our anniversary. We had a long time jeweler who was unable to locate a stone anywhere near the brilliance and price that Aysel found for us. We did a lot of research online with other jewelry stores as well, no one came close to the quality of stone. Additionally, I had a band I wanted to match and she was able to quickly see the aspects we wanted to recreate in a custom platinum band.
Key factors in our transaction that I appreciate and respect in any business. Our first contact was with Nissan the owner. He was able to assess what we were looking for and relay that information to Aysel. Aysel quickly located a stone that was perfect for what we had outlined with Nissan. Nissan nor Aysel ever tried to upsell us on a more expensive stone or band.
We had never been to the actual DR store front in NYC and I didnt know anyone who had ever purchased from them. At first I was a little nervous, that was a fleeting feeling after speaking with Nissan and Aysel. Absolutely amazing experience. Aysel was very diligent and patient with my wish list of specs and stayed in budget.
