Very very small room. Most annoying thing is the noise. There is a rooftop party with DJ on-site that is on from 9 to 4Am, 5 days a week. We cant sleep at all during our sta, the staff can do nothing about it and I still dont understand why would they host party at their hotel building till 4am and everyone I talked to can hear the base noise clearly over this hotel building. Lastly, Good location, easy walk to anywhere downtown. I absolutely do not recommend it Rooms: Small

Terrible experience staying here that I dont even know where to begin, First off you dont feel welcome at all when you check in, they cleaned our room just once during our 5 day stay (and we basically had to beg them to have it cleaned) although Im thankful for the nice gentleman that came late night to deliver towels and toilet paper to our room, I wish I had gotten his name. They have two loud clubs, one in the rooftop and one in the basement and a restaurant which makes it impossible to have a good sleep because it gets way too loud I usually dont care about loud rooms but this time was unbearable. I tried to get to the rooftop bar one night and the doorman looked at me up and down and asked me if I had a reservation, I said no, were staying here so I didnt know I needed a reservation then he proceeded to tell me I had to pay 700 dollars to get in and spend at least 400 in drinks, so I dont know whats the point to stay in a expensive hotel like this if you cant even enjoy their amenities. rooms are really small and dont have mini fridge if you want to store anything. They charge 30 dollar destination fee per day and give it to you back as credit but you can only use it for one of the 3 bars they have. Dont waste your money here, there are way better hotels in Manhattan. Rooms: Small

The room was small but furnished with style. It was double and I think there was no space for 2nd person. It missed wardrobe. For 1 night stay rather for a few days. No breakfast available. You can grab a croissant though in a coffee shop downstairs. It took as a while to work out how elevator works

PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL OR USE THEIR VALET SERVICE. I GAVE THEM MY UNDAMAGED TRUCK AND THE GAVE IT BACK TO ME DAMAGED. WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY SAID IT WAS PRE EXISTING DAMAGE. SOMEWHERE AND SOMEONE DAMAGED MY TRUCK AFTER IT WAS LEFT AT THE HOTEL AND WAS RETURNED TO ME. BOTH PARTIES ARE DENYING THE DAMAGE. GUEST BEWARE OF THE MOXY HOTEL ON THE LOWER EAST SIDE AND BEWARE OF THEIR PARKING SERVICE IPARK

Great location, close to many restaurants and next to the Bowery train station. Provides great flexibility when traveling around Manhattan. The rooms are clean and modern. Overall a great experience. If I'm ever visiting Manhattan again, I'll sure stay on Moxy lower east side.
