Wow, I cannot say enough about Brad Nick’s professionalism and all around work attitude.
My elderly parent’s basement required a dirty water cleanup, they had a septic backup.
He came same day stayed into the evening hours until the water was remediated, called a plumber for us, handled all the insurance communication and called me on several occasions to keep me up to date.
Brad returned for several more days to make sure the basement was dry and clean. My parents were very comfortable having Brad around, he even shoveled the snow off the basement outside steps so not to track any equipment or dirt though their house.
He always promptly returned all of my calls to make sure all was going as planned since I do not live with my parents and had not had eyes on the issue from the start.
I highly recommend Building Services Inc. and hope Brad Nick knocks on your door.

Hello Mr. Gomez,
I wanted to take this time and introduce myself. My name is Jessica Gonzalez and I am the Construction Manager, for Knipp Contracting. You guys were newly the onboarded with us and highly recommended by Sandra Andrade.
I am quite the busy individual and very rarely allow people into my circle... however anyone referred by Sandra, is definitely worth my time. I jumped your team right onboard, never working with you guys before and putting you on with my most valuable clients… Without a doubt, because of the words Of my career partner.
The experience I have encountered with Jason Rivera, has excited me to have you guys apart of my team. Sandra and I intake anywhere from 15-30 homes of renovations a month.
Jason has gone above and Beyond to meet his deadline, perform under pressure and past the 1st 5 rounds for me!! I was hard on them with expectations, quality and time management. I Highly recommend Building Services Inc for all restoration services especially for Mold. I was selling my house and the home inspector found Mold in my basement and our closing date was in a week. I called Building Services and Brad was at my home in 30 minutes evaluating the problem. He had a Mold hygienist in that night to test the air , and two days later they removed all the mold and we got clearance from the inspector 2 days before closing date! These guys did an amazing job and saved the day for us! Highly Recommend

we had a flood in our basement at 3 am in the morning and called Building Services immediately. Brad was here in 30 minutes and started extracting water immediately. He also helped us every step of the way through the claim and answered the phone everytime we had a question. highly recommend

So many today give the minimum in terms of support and quality, yet consider it excellence in service. However, when you find a company and their staff who truly brings excellence to the table -you know the distinction and you don't forget it. Vaughn Stokes (Mid-Hudson Valley) is one of those rare gems today. Professional yet personable, punctual, always going above satisfactory, and always exceeding in hygienic codes and standards. As a State health development center our demands our high and Vaughn makes sure we stay there, from overseeing that our center surpasses state inspection codes so that we may continue to support families and their children to the everyday custodial upkeep he does it in excellence and exceptional integrity.
