I was extremely disappointed with my experience, and I have been going here since they opened years ago. I ordered pick-up yesterday, and they got my order wrong. The hostess said what I ordered was not correct, even though she repeated it, and I was told the item was not on the menu, when in fact it it. Instead of trying to make it right, I was told there were no delivery men available to deliver me the correct item. I asked to speak with the manager and I she hung up on me. She offered to credit me $5 dollars. This is extremely poor customer service, and I will reconsider giving them my business, even though their food is great!
