I have been to many different banks and have dealt with many bankers and advisors. I have always been a member of Chase Private Client until I walked into Wells Fargo desperately trying to find a notary. The bank was almost empty and there were bankers sitting in their offices. One gentleman who was sitting at the front of the branch appeared to be assisting 2 customers and still took the time to greet me and introduced himself as Anthony Cangemi. I told him I was a non-customer and I could tell he sensed the importance of my request. He very politely sat me down and told me not to worry, that he was a notary and it would be his pleasure. I waited with no problem and observed Anthony with his customers. When He was done and I sat down he told me that he knows there are staff shortages and people are having problems finding notaries. For such a simple task, my experience with Anthony has been the best out of every bank I have dealt with, including Chase. He gave me his card and told me that I can contact him anytime for anything as simple as a notary or if I would like a second opinion on anything at all. He asked me if I had any financial concerns or questions that have not been addressed by Chase. It was obvious he genuinely cared. As customers continued to walk into the branch to speak to a banker, Anthony was the only banker there that day out of 3 total that was helping customers. His efficiency, friendliness, empathy and competence is something that I will never forget. Ask for Anthony if you ever visit this branch. you will not be disappointed!
