        Horrible service. Their client was at fault for the accident. Its been two weeks Ive been without a car and they dont respond. They dont care about your situation. They take their sweet time while Im having to get an Uber everywhere for their nonsense. This should be illegal. Totally disgusted.

        Worst insurance, they miss paying out dates and dont say anything, then you cant talk to them, i have bills to pay, since you guys who are not doing your jobs, I have to pay late fees , Thanks Kelly Mueller

        Their insured violated traffic laws and caused collision with my car, it was totalled. They took responsibility, agreed to reimburse and asked to pick up my car. Its been over a month. They don't pick up phones, don't return emails. They plain stole my car. Check out their BBB. They've been notoriously dishonest with their own insured forget about random people like me who never asked to have anything to do with them. RUN FROM THEM.
