Best not to do business with them, purposely make it a hassle in order to get anything done, they couldn’t help me when trying to file for my claim which I been paying for 2 years just for them to give me excuses and waste my time

I am a frontline emergency medicine worker displaced from my residence due to an electrical fire. I filed a claim with Assurant Renters Insurance 10 days ago and have yet to hear from the listed adjuster. I’ve called the general service and direct line only to be sent directly to voicemail without option to speak to another agent. How is it possible not a single human agent exists during normal business hours to answer a call and speak about my claim? This company is horrific with communication at best, fraudulent at worst.
