Never answer the phone, stay waiting for someone to answer, they've moved, and sent Bill payment to be paid to another address and city, that doesn't correspond with new location, 0 STARS, Unable to respond on customer service, since they won't answer the phone,

When making a payment customer service were quick and efficient. However if you lost a love one good luck getting assistance. It has been 3 months since my grandmothers passing and I have been on the phone with a total of 21 reps. Not one has done what they promised they would do. First it was a month in 2 weeks before I got a person on the phone who didnt hang up if you didnt say hello with in .5 seconds. This is of course after being on hold for 2 hrs. Then I would be told a form would have to be filled out to start the payout process. It would take 5-10 days to send an email they said. Its March 19th and I have not received this so called needed document via email or mail. Smh so I keep calling, I keep sending emails to their claims and callback department. Ive heard nothing. No call backs or even an attempt to reach me. Hell I even called just to verify my contact information. Still no help. Ive got at least 12 policies with this company and Im so put off by this poor excuse for customer service. So if you want a company that will make burying a loved one easy dont use columbian mutual life.
