Scam of a company that preys on old folk.

Unresponsive and incompetent, likely unscrupulous. And when you want them to pay, they're the JEDI masters at delay tactics. FOUR MONTHS AND I STILL HAVE NO CHECK!!!!! The process started four months ago. I needed to send my Power Of Attorney three times because they said they couldn't read it. On the second time, I had the representative read it to me and confirm it as good, but still they said afterwards it was unreadable. After they acknowledged they could read it, they said the check would be sent out. All I received was a letter saying it was being processed. Two weeks later, I followed up, they said that they escalated it and the check would be sent out the next day. All I received was the same letter. There's a clear trend online: Mostly 1 star, and a bunch of five star that are generic, shallow, and likely full of misspelling. This is the footprint of an unscrupulous company that hires trolls in the third world to raise their rating with false accolades. I can't prove it, but the indicators are very strong.

Very slow in answering calls . Twenty minutes wait time is common. Disorganized with documentation and have trouble finding documents emailed to them. Sloppily run service.

Can't cancel life insurance policy. They blocked my cell number.
