They ask you to submit a proposal if you have one, when you do so, they don’t have the courtesy of confirming receiving it or telling you if they don't like it. There is no knowing waiting time. But the worst part for me is when I called about my just translated book into English, the man who answered the phone wouldn't let me finish what I am calling about and just said "we pasted on, we pasted on" and finished the call. Rude communications.
