Emanuele helped my spouse and me successfully obtain our E-2 visas. I would highly recommend using his services. He was (of course) very knowledgeable about the E2 requirements, really walked us through the process step by step, and was always readily available when we had questions. The whole process (from contacting him to E-2 visa in hand) took approx 12 months (but Emanuele holds no blame for the delays that occurred. He was professional and responded fast throughout the entire process and rooted for us). I contacted Emanuele in Feb 2021. It took me approx three months to meet all the threshold requirements (i.e., invest, put the funds at risk/spend them, etc.). I sent him all documents on June 7; we went back and forth a bit and submitted the final application to the Embassy on June 30. So Emanuele works pretty fast :). He was also very clear about what was needed, and what was not, throughout the process. Communication was easy, primarily by email or text (we had one or two video calls early on in the process). Unfortunately, upon submission, we learned my specific Embassy was still closed due to Covid, with no plans to reschedule E2 interviews any time soon (and, right now, 12 months later, they still haven't resumed interviews)... Emanuele adjusted our application for a small fee and submitted it to another Embassy actively processing E2 cases and scheduling interviews. Unfortunately, while that Embassy initially informed us the timeline would be 4-6 weeks, that timeline eventually changed to 8-12 weeks, and, ultimately, it took a full five months from application to interview. Of course, we cannot blame Emanuele for this, but it is helpful to know, as an applicant, since many embassies worldwide are experiencing crazy long delays right now (blaming Covid). When you work with Emanuele, he will inform you of your options. It seems, right now, applying through the US Embassy in Canada is one of the fastest options (approx 2-3 months). Many European countries (incl mine) have very long processing times and I would not recommend that route at the moment. Mexico may be an option too, if you don't mind spending some time there. Upon getting the E2 visa, we learned that the spouse E2 visa now automatically comes with work authorization upon entering the US (and the spouse no longer needs to apply for an EAD card, which currently has a processing time of 3-5 months), which was great news. Thank you, Emanuele!

Yesterday I got my E2 Visa with Mr. Emanuele's help and I couldn't be more grateful to Mr. Emanuel. His dedication to provide the best possible results for me no matter the cost has helped me gain what I have been working for. He is hands down the best lawyer in USA and the most cooperative lawyer I have ever encountered. I came to America with B1/B2 visa and Mr. Emanuel guided me from the beginning to the end with his highly experienced skills.
