I always avoided employment agencies because of the bad reputation they have and I had horrible experiences with another agency but Addison was a pleasant surprise. I had the honor of having the most amazing recruiter Lisa E. and she was phenomenal! It was my first time using Addison and with the help of Zach and Lisa, I secured a wonderful position inching towards my 1 year mark with them!! I could not be more grateful to have met such an amazing team, Zach and Lisa were a blessing to work with & they made sure I was prepped and ready for my interview. Even after being hired, Lisa checked in with me and supported me through my whole journal. Once I was transitioned to a permanent role in my company now, Lisa still managed to keep in contact and see how things were going which was so thoughtful and I appreciate her so much. I never expected that kind of commitment and support from an employment agency but Lisa went above and beyond from day 1! If you really need a job and your work ethic is top tier, you shouldnt have a problem trusting Addison Group with placing you in extraordinary companies they trust.
