        Disgusting and nasty. Rats everywhere and crazy neighbors banging on the walls. Mold and walls that sweat excessive water. Damaged most of my belongings before I can even unpack. I got an immediate transfer by sugar coating the issue. 217 west 62 st. Domestic violence family. Fight smoke weed and the mother leaves the kids home alone. ACS should check into it. Apt 2D
