Artezen Hotel

I stayed there for nine nights. It was a lovely experience. Very friendly staff a willing to help you in whatever you need. The rooms were as shown in the photos. Everyday cleaning. New and modern hotel. Right across the way, there is a subway station. And very important, no secret fees and taxes. All in price.

Thank you for everything, we loved our stay! We were on the 17th floor and the view was incredible, the bed and room were very clean and comfortable with space. The room was very well insulated and quiet (with the exception of music in the early evening which must certainly come from the lounge). The roof top is not accessible but a glass lounge on the top floor allows you to see the view. We came at the end of March and the temperature in the room was perfect. In addition, the air conditioning is adjustable. Regarding the location, the hotel is 1 minute walk from a metro station which serves many lines, therefore very practical as a tourist and located in the financial district which is very beautiful at night. Worst experience ever! Avoid this place. Loud music at the 20th floor , it's not a bar but a nightclub! They offer earplugs but the bass is so strong that the windows vibrate. No room change possible what a joke!
