Stayed here for two nights, very nice room, great service, support friendly staff, good location in the heart of Little Italy, one cannot wish for more!

Not a good experience - won't stay there again and suggest you don't either. To place a nightclub in the middle of a hotel is madness, then to place a family on the floor below the said nightclub is just disrespectful. None of us to could sleep until gone 2.15am when the music finally stopped.
To add insult to injury, when we eventually got moved to the 17 floor, the manager said it was an 'upgrade' - but clearly not. Bar an extra shower which was not needed, the smaller bedroom, smaller bed, smaller lounge, no bath, and broken sofa bed - we were advised to call reception whenever we wanted to open and close it as it wasn't working properly - everything was such a disappointment. Thankfully, our last few days we were out most of the time so spent as little time there as possible.

Overall quality of the hotel is bad, it looks old
- Elevator is malfunctionning, our floor button was not working (15th)
- Night club is too loud, you definitly dont want that much noise and disturbance after a day of visiting the city, and it does not stop before 2:30am (we could hear the bass bang from the 15th florr, even though the social club is at the 7th floor)
- Shower was leaking (a part of the joint at the bottom of the shower door is broken, which makes the shower leak)
- There was multiple hair stuck in the paint of the bathroom ceilling
- Some parts of the carpet were destroyed
- Bedroom was a little bit too small
- Cigarette smell was coming up in our bathroom in the morning, it was light but still noticeable and not ok
Definitely not worth the price, too expensive for what you get in return.
