Hotel rooms were lovely - small but super cosy and location was really lovely. Right next to Central Park and only a walk away from Times Square. However, we found some of the staff to be quite rude (not all of them, some were lovely but others were really unhelpful and unwelcoming). We stayed for 4 nights but didn’t get the room cleaned at all which I wasn’t too happy about considering we were still paying a considerable amount for the stay. Had to go to reception and ask for new towels because they were so wet and not enough space to dry them - this should have been something cleaning services were changing. Also found room service food to be mediocre for what New York has to offer but definitely charging New York prices! I would stay again but staff need a bit more training in customer service before I do
