I really enjoyed are stay. Although we booked a upper level city view and we received 2nd floor street view. The beds are unbelievably comfortable. The rooms were small. The shower has amazing water pressure and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was included. The hotel had no amenities, but the staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. There were multiple subway stations (C,E,F,M, and 1). The 1 was definitely closest and was short ride into Time Square.

Did not get the room we reserved. But here’s the real problem - the front desk person was out of control. I thought she might hit me, she was that aggressive and loud. She kept saying I did not reserve a city view room. I said “look, here is the reservation. It says ‘with city views’ at the top.” She looked right at it and said “it doesn’t say that.” I pointed directly to it and she still denied it said “with city views.” I could not reason with her at all. On top of that, the comforter is filthy and there are no outlets by the bed. It looks like there at one time was an outlet plug on the bedside table but it had been torn out. Could not charge my phone and lay in bed at the same time. Specifically requested three towels and wash cloths since we are a group of 3. Got two towels and zero wash cloths. Bathroom so small I could hardly move in it. Finally I gave up, contacted Expedia, got a full refund, and switched hotels. Much happier at a place nearby that rhymes with Stilton. I cannot imagine how horribly they would treat a non-Honors member. I have stayed at this hotel before, but never will again.
