I booked a rapid PCR test several days out for yesterday morning so that I could see my daughter and spend New Years with her outside of the City. I waited all day at home to no avail, the nurse never showed up. Nobody informed me that they weren’t able to make it yesterday either. I’ve called several times today and yesterday, and have emailed several times, but have yet to have someone call to assist on this. It’s currently 10:51, and they open at 8am. Obviously given the situation in the city, I understand that there might be a bit of a delay, but not showing up at all for the entire day the day I’m supposed to get tested when spending $600–without working to help amend the situation is more than unprofessional, and may actually be unethical. I really wanted Drip Hydration to be amazing and work smoothly. Sadly this is not the case, and I cannot advise that you book a Covid test with them if you have any sort of timeline that you have to stick to.

Please do not depend on them if you have a big event/ occasion/ wedding/ gala etc. basically something that means a lot to you. Quality of product although over priced, good in same level of all other top competitors with lower prices. HOWEVER, do NOT relay on them if you have got something very important that is coming up which means a lot to you. We have had a traumatic experience with them making us wait for a week up to 12 hours before the huge occasion that was going on, everything fully paid in advance (extremely high tip). We were begging for a no from them so that we could act accordingly, never got it. Oh and we are still waiting for our refund, lol!
