        DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE SUPPOSED TO STAY HERE ON A TRIP TO NEW YORK, COME TO FIND OUT THIS PLACE HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR MONTHS, HOWEVER VARIOUS BOOKING AGENCIES LIKE TRAVELOCITY ARE STILL ALLOWING CUSTOMERS TO BOOK!!!!!!!!! ***** PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE*********IF I WOULD HAVE NOT DONE MY RESEARCH WE WOULD HAVE SHOWED UP AT THIS HOTEL ON OUR FIRST TRIP TO NEW YORK CITY WITH NO PLACE TO STAY! IM SO ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED THAT AGENCIES ALLOW BOOOKINGS TO OCCUR AT HOTELS THAT OBVIOUSLY ARE NOT OPEN... PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT AN HOW YOU BOOK.

        It was a scam. The hotel was closed for months. We booked the hotel 3 weeks ago. We arrived at NY today and the hotel was closed. We called the customer service, but no one answered. They finally picked up and hanged up on us immediately. We went to the Marriott hotel nearby and they refused to honor our reservation. They asked us to cancel the booking and rebook with an expensive price. There were some other families had the same issue as us. We will not do business with Marriott/CBM again.

        Had the time of my life room was perfect I had a stove n refrigerator and oh my the view on the roof was excellent I can't wait to go back the people were so friendly coming back in August
