I have had similar tours before and zip is the worst. The staff came across unfriendly and act like they run a prison camp. They nickel and dime you with extra charges for heliport and storage and are very impersonal. The audio on the helicopter was subpar at best and the pilot just wanted to make his round and get back on the ground as quickly as possible. Another passenger was yelled at for taking a picture in front the helicopter because they want to sell you their picture that they take with 3mp point and shoot camera. I would not recommend this particular tour.
