One of the worst! A company that doesn't give proof of insurance in the account after having a plan, nor does the insurance card have an effective date.

Well,... Let me start by saying. I was so, impressed with quality, value and the professionalism. However, they failed to follow - up and some how my information got mixed up, which is very, very bad dealing with anything medical. I had to call and resubmitting my e-mail address for the follow-up information concerning my consultation. Now, just to give them the benefit of the doubt. I thought the price I paid for blood work was Money well spent. I am assuming it was a mix up and not common practice. To just get people information and shut the door. Again, not good for anything medical.
