Kwan's Burger & Pizza

Ordered the House Burger and fries. I always eat fries first. Fries were great, crispy and seasoned. Just how I like them. And the bonus onion rings were delicious. Now the burger, lobster and beef. This burger is juicy, fresh, made to order,flavorful. Oh did I mention this burger is HUGE! DO yourselves a favor, try the burger for lunch.

I had the opportunity to try the Peking Duck pizza and the House Burger here. The pizza is made with flatbread which fuses the flavors of the duck together with the sauce. The house burger has lobster meat & hamburger meat, and has enough food for two meals. Prices and portions are really reasonable for the amount of food you get. The owner worked at the Marriot hotel as a chef for 30 years, and his experience really shows.

Friendly staff and unique flatbread/pizzas. My Peking duck flatbread was baked fresh, light, and crispy.

Met Mr Kwan & Joshua after my friend ordered a Flatbread Pizza! Mr Kwan informed me everything is new in the food court and he hopes people will be open to trying new ideas in foods! Joshua generously fresh made me a mini flatbread pizza! It was crunchy with cheese and tomato sauce! :) Also learned a special item on the menu is Fresh Lobster (LOBSTER!) Burger! Yaah! Josh pointed this out to me and gestured where Mr Kwan was preparing the lobster meat! Wow! Their first printed menu will be coming soon... for now, their transforming menu is making do with a marker board! Dontcha Love Seeing New Places Blossom?! :) Check 'Em Out!

The pizza is flavorful and made from scratch with tasty ingredients by a great chef. Definitely recommend as a stop on the food court or for ordering out!
