Weve been coming to this Crunch for an year at this point and even bought an upfront membership because we enjoyed the gym so much. We were told that we could freeze the membership at any point and when we tried to freeze it for a few months we were given the run around and apparently did not have our memberships frozen. Weve been trying to contact the managers but nobody has responded to our messages. This rating would definitely be higher if we could get a response in a reasonable amount of time! Sad!!
