Mykonos Bleu

I definitely wouldnt recommend this restaurant after our experience here. There was no drink menu and the drinks seemed watered down with barely any thought put into them. Im sure many of the dishes were good but we were forced to do a prefix menu without being told beforehand this was the case so we didnt get to pick anything. We tried ordering extra a la carte dishes but they were all out of spanakopita. The one waitress working was also the bartender and it was freezing on the rooftop with tarp that didnt fully block out the wind. Many of the dishes did taste good but I was not as blown away as I thought Id be. Definitely wouldnt come back considering how many better greek restaurants are in nyc

Made a reservation for 1230 on 19 March. The gent at the front desk told us at 12:20 they just got here and need to set up followed by they wont be ready for another hour or so. I just wish they valued peoples time and honor their reservations on time.

My family and I had the worst experience at this place. We had a reservation for 6 people last night at 7pm to celebrate my sisters birthday. The server took our food order around 7:15pm and after an hour, we asked if our food is almost ready. She responded by saying no its not yet. She also said that everyone in the restaurant ordered at the same time thats why it was taking so long. At around 9pm, a male server whom we thought at first was the manager told us that one of our orders is no longer available. After almost 2 hours he only informed us it wasnt available. And he didnt even apologize.The group next to our table also complained of the 18% gratuity on their bill. They didnt wanna pay the 18% because according to them, they waited 1.5 hours for their food. We decided to leave after 2 hours of waiting for nothing and nobody went to our table to apologize. A couple on the same elevator with us also expressed their disappointment because their food arrived cold. Apart from the unprofessional and worst customer service, this place also needs deep cleaning. It looks like they dont clean the floors. I will give this place ZERO star.
