I reached out to John to 3D print a file I found online for a video doorbell mount. This was my first time ever having something 3D printed, so I appreciated the thorough phone call I had with John to explain my needs and the file/details he would need. The item completely met my needs.

John was so helpful in developing my 3D prototype for my household appliance product! He even made one based off of his own design to show me another option. I can’t say enough good things about his work, skills and creativity. The prototype is so amazing and works exactly as I wanted it to. Plus it’s even nicer in reality than I envisioned it. John’s even helped me with tips on the next step in my product development. It may sound corny, but he’s helped me in what I consider the most important step to realizing my dream of creating the product I’ve only had in my head for years.

I came to Voxel Magic after a horrible experience with another company in Brooklyn. I told John (owner) what happen and he ensured me to count on him for this project. I sent him my designs to look at and he gave me a quote right away of the 3 pieces that I needed to print, great pricing and amazing quality. After the first print John noticed there is an issue with my design and right away he notified me and was willing to work with me to make sure the final product comes out perfectly. He kept me updated the entire time and also gave me some great feedback. I look forward to come back to Voxel Magic for future project. I can’t thank enough!
