Buyers beware. James Bianco is The most dishonest , Manipulative, unethical and arrogant contractor/builder. After signing the contract- took someone else’s deal last minute and did not even have the curtesy to let us know. Did not allow us to do an inspection by not installing the water and heater stating "its not that cold to have a heater installed at this time (while its 50 degrees outside) and “why do you need an inspector on a new construction home anyway”. All of this after confirming with us to bring the inspector but then cancelling on us all an hour prior to inspectors arrival---causing me lost job time, penalty fees for cancelling the inspector last minute and overall wasting our time/entire day. He then delayed the whole process purposefully(even after finding we were solid buyers, vetting us through our broker, savings account, etc…), Just a Disrespectful person, you do not want to deal with sneaky dishonest big headed person like him, when your buying a million dollar home. you need honesty, integrity, patience and overall to be treated with respect and common curtesy as a human being. Stay away from NY land development corp I& II with James Bianco.
