Cleanout Express helped me clear out unwanted junk and debris from a studio I had for several years in Hells Kitchen. They were prompt, on time and very responsive to my needs. They have a great quality service and I want to share that with the NYC area.

The office I was in needed to hire a junk removal company to do some junk removal in midtown Manhattan. They were fast, in uniform and polite. I would use them again on a monthly basis. The customer service was top notch.

To: Gus and Whom Else it May Concern, Just wanted to give your entire crew a heartfelt thank you. Driving in all the way from Chicago to go through my Uncle's place was emotional enough. Then to realize that the place was a rat pack onto itself. I mean it's a feeling I wouldn't wish upon anybody in that situation. You are not even sure how to even approach what you have in front of you. Your prices were fair and reasonable but to me it was all about the response and the quickness to get the job done. What a task!!! Here you are on the 4th floor of this 60 year old building with no freight or service elevator and then you have to go all the way to the basement level. Then walk across 200 ft under the building to the walkway which leads to the ramp then up to the street level. I just want to thank Paul and his entire crew for a job well done. I can't thank Paul and his crew enough for doing the hard work it took to get the job done. They were fast and efficient in every aspect of their jobs. Paul and his crew were very professional in their endeavors. I got to know Paul well during our cleanout. Paul is a great asset to your team. Paul is very knowledgeable and a valuable employee. Well, maybe Ocean Parkway is gone forever but not the memories from all those years. Also the job done by Cleanout Express is done but never will the appreciation and gratitude for Cleanout Express will be forgotten.
