Feather

Very cheap furniture - I’ve rented the eddy couch for only 6 months and it is already very worn looking from light use. The cushions are sloppy looking. I would instead recommend conjure - they don’t charge a monthly $20 fee, and the prices are comparable for much better furniture.

Absolutely terrible, they are literally trying to charge us for everything but meanwhile out of five items only two was damage and one of the items they bring to us basically already broken, it’s kind of funny because they want to charge us for everything but I only sent proof of two items that was actually destroyed because everything else wasn’t and they took pictures of every single item. I would not recommend renting anything from them because they are literally trying to steal your money and it’s disgusting. If I would’ve known this company was this terrible and that they use cheap products I would’ve never used them

Feather was amazing - I rented multiple pieces of furniture from them that showed up in great condition and their customer service makes everything so seamless - they actually follow up when they say they will and are VERY timely. Everyone I have engaged with at the company deserves five stars!

Everything about Feather was great! The choices, the furniture, the customer support, the delivery and the pickup. 100% recommend to anyone not sure how long they're staying in a city - rent via Feather.
