THE WORST place ever!!! if I could give negative zero i would. first of all, the website of the consulate of Belarus have all information right? i thought so, prepared all the documents came one hours before closing and the young men who works there EXTREMELY rude. came up with the new rules and tells me that i need to have appointment to drop of the documents ! i been coming here for a visa for years and NEVER needed appointments . not only that i stoped by few weeks ago to double check what document i needed and if i do needed an appointment the person who was working said no. keep in mind I stop by because of COVID and i just wanted to make sure if anything changed regarding document required and regarding the appointment . but now they have new rules that don’t exist on the website!! and they never when i say never answer they phone!!! NEVER. it is ordeal to get hold of anyone on the phone!! it extremely frustrating i came with a small baby and waisted a hole day!!!
