FTD Florist USA

Ordered a flower bouquet for my girlfriend on a special day. Received a "delivered" email at 5pm, but didn't get the flowers. Called customer support at 7pm, and she asked me to wait til 8pm because apparently "local flower shops may send delivery confirmation emails earlier". 8:20pm comes around, and flowers are still not here. Asked for a refund. Don't use this place, it's likely you won't get your flowers at all.

Received a smaller arrangement that was completely different than what was ordered. If any old flowers in an ugly vase would have been ok, then what was the point of picking out a particular arrangement. And to make it worse, some of the flowers were very droopy. When I contacted FTD, their response was that the florist is permitted to make substitutions. If you need something special for a special occasion, don't order from FTD, because what you order and what you get are very different.

Order#60573246564 FTD let us down and ruined a memory. We placed an order for a friend recovering from surgery to be sent to her by easter to cheer her up. I tracked the package and it was not delivered on the day or following day. When I contacted FTD the operator said the florist said they didnt have anyone available to make deliveries on a Saturday or a Sunday. They offered an upgrade which I didn't want because I was please with the arrangement I chose. The operator said she would give me my money back and that was it and sent me on my way. The fact that the florist decided they would deliver the flowers when they felt like it didn't sit well with me. If you post a delivery date and you miss that date and the following date that is poor business. This was a huge inconvenience I will never shop here again.
